About 4.8% is the percentage of HIV in the adult population which is way too higher that other African countries. Female birth expectancy is 48 years. The availability of doctors is very much low in this country. About 0.8 doctors per 100000 people. The government is doing considerate efforts to control the diseases and provide proper treatment and to make medicines available in the country as they are spending about 11% of the total spent money in health care and about 20$ per person. But even after the considerate efforts f the government not much improvement is seen.

But there are only 10 physicians to 100000 people and 40 wives for the same. The HIV is declining in the country because of the clinics. 73% of the girls of this country have suffered through female genital mutilation. They are cut by razors as it is thought in that country that through it the chastity of the women remains.
